Information In spite of the recent six month downturn in Victoria’s real estate market, you were always up to date and prepared to provide any facts or statistics that I requested either about the market or about your sales record.

Communication When we met, I had had my house listed with another agent and was pessimistic about a sale. However, you immediately established a wonderful rapport with me; you were extremely optimistic and spent considerable time assuring me that would be well. You were also realistic and I quickly came to trust your judgment. At this juncture, this was very important. As well, you pursued feedback after each showing and shared it with me immediately. Follow-up, Detail & Quality Your close attention to my listing – using descriptive language and professional photos, using the internet and creative brochures, negotiating the sale and the sales agreement – makes the difference between a mediocre agent and a great one!
